TUITION: Please note that Round Rock Music charges a flat monthly rate, Students will receive 48 lessons per year. The months when students have 3 lessons, their 4th lesson will be made up during the 5 week months.

Tuition reserves a student’s private lesson time with their instructor each week. Reserving 30 min weekly lessons is a flat rate of $160 monthly. (This includes months with holiday closures as well as those with an additional 5th week)

Tuition is billed automatically on the 1st of each month. Accommodations can be made to bill on specific date upon request.

Tuition does NOT cover any added costs of accessories i.e.: books, rental instrument, reeds, strings, etc. Any rental equipment requires either a credit card on file or a deposit of the instrument cost.

Attendance

STUDENT ABSENCE: No refunds are given for missed private lessons or same day cancellations. Tuition reserves a student’s private lesson time each week. Parents who cancel a private lesson with 24 hours notice can book a makeup class. Makeup classes sometimes can be, but are not always, with their usual instructor. This is based on the teacher’s availability. Lessons canceled the same day will not receive a makeup credit.

MAKE-UP LESSONS: Makeup lessons are limited to 1 per month. Parents can see available makeup times/days by logging into their student portal. These classes must be booked 4 hours in advance. These makeup classes do not roll over into the next month. Unused makeup lessons are not refunded or credited.

DROP POLICY: Students who miss 2 or more lessons without prior notice may lose their time slot. Should you for any reason, want to end your lessons you must notify RRM by the 20th of that month. To un-enroll click HERE

What if the Student is Sick? Please feel better soon! If they feel up to a virtual lesson we can connect you and your teacher at your scheduled lesson time. If you’re wanting to book a makeup you will find a makeup schedule via the student portal. See “Makeup Lessons” above for details.

RR Music School was closed due to a holiday, how do we makeup this lesson? There are no makeup lessons for scheduled holiday closures. All students receive 48 lessons a year. (This means on the months where there are 3 lessons due to a holiday, they’ll have a 5th in another month)

My student wants to take a break from lessons, how do I let you know? Fill out our un-enrollment form HERE Lessons are prepaid and there are no refunds if discontinuing mid month.
